Charming stay near the beach

excellent location functional desk effective system friendly staff

The location was excellent. It was a short walk to the beach. The room included a desk. I found the heating system very effective during a chilly evening. Staff was very friendly and professional.

The hotel lacks beverage-making facilities in the rooms.

spacious room extension lead functional convenience

The room felt spacious and clean, a detail i really value. i appreciated the inclusion of an extension lead. It helped manage multiple devices. a small chair and wardrobe added functional convenience for organizing belongings .

the absence of tea or coffee facilities in the room was a bit disappointing. i would have liked a kettle for making hot drinks without needing to leave the room.

the double room included two fresh toilet rolls and handwash soap. new towels were provided with a clean bed. a wardrobe and a chair were available for personal use.

the location provides very good value for money. the structure is located near the beach, the tower, takeaways, the promenade and shops. this makes it convenient.

the reception lady was polite and friendly. she explained extra facilities were available upon request. the hotel owners are lovely as is the manager. the staff is very helpful.

convenient stay

friendly staff excellent communication beautiful bar

i found the hotel staff very friendly and cute i was particularly impressed by the excellent communication throughout my stay the location was a real plus being close to key attractions and amenities the bar area was beautiful and added a nice touch to the overall experience

the shower tray nearly filled with water quickly during a short shower the rules mentioned a fine if steam set off the smoke alarm but there was no working extractor fan this seemed a bit unfair

the hotel benefits from its prime location it is near coral island the city center and other key attractions this proximity made it easy to explore the surrounding area the hotel location ensured convenient access to local points of interest.
